Refund Policy
Introduction
Welcome to Solution Infotech. This Refund Policy explains our payment, cancellation,
return, replacement, service adjustment, and refund terms for all products and services
offered by Solution Infotech, including website development, application development,
software solutions, DTH LMS encryption, digital marketing, designing, networking,
surveillance, cloud solutions, CCTV services, service maintenance, IT products,
computer accessories, and other IT-related services.
Solution Infotech provides customized, service-based, product-based, and project-based
solutions. Our services involve consultation, planning, technical work, manpower allocation,
software setup, third-party coordination, design work, development work, product arrangement,
installation, and support activities. Therefore, payments made to Solution Infotech are
generally final and non-refundable, except in limited cases mentioned in this policy.
Return / Replacement / Alternate Service First Policy
In case of any product issue, service issue, wrong product, defective product, unavailable
service, or service delivery concern, Solution Infotech will first try to resolve the matter
through return, replacement, re-service, correction, service adjustment, or an alternate
product/service wherever applicable.
Refund will be considered only when Solution Infotech is unable to provide the committed
product or service, and no suitable replacement, return option, service adjustment, or
alternate product/service is available.
Our Refund Policy Terms Are As Follows:

Refund is not the first resolution method. Solution Infotech will first offer return,
replacement, correction, re-service, service adjustment, or an alternate product/service
wherever possible.

Refund may be considered only if Solution Infotech is unable to provide the paid product
or service and no suitable replacement, alternate product, alternate service, or adjustment
is available.

Any advance payment, booking amount, token amount, setup charge, or partial payment
made for a confirmed service is generally non-refundable once work has started, resources
have been allocated, or scheduling has been confirmed.

Payments made for website development, web application development, mobile application
development, software development, API integration, UI/UX design, testing, deployment,
or technical consultation are non-refundable once the project is confirmed or work has started.
If any issue arises, Solution Infotech may provide correction, revision, rework, or service
adjustment as per the agreed scope.

Fees paid for DTH LMS encryption software, video encryption, LMS setup, software activation,
security configuration, user onboarding, customization, or related technical support are
non-refundable after activation, allocation, setup initiation, or technical work commencement.

Payments made for SEO, local SEO, social media marketing, PPC, content marketing,
email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, Quora Q&A, or any other digital marketing service
are non-refundable once planning, setup, campaign work, content work, or account activity
has started.

Charges paid for logo design, graphic design, brochure design, banner design, social media
creatives, UI design, or other creative work are non-refundable once the design process,
concept creation, draft preparation, or revision work has started.

Payments made for domain names, hosting, SSL certificates, paid plugins, software licenses,
cloud services, API credits, advertisement budgets, hardware, third-party tools, or vendor
charges are strictly non-refundable, as these are usually purchased or paid to external
providers.

For physical products, IT products, computer accessories, CCTV products, networking products,
or related hardware, Solution Infotech may offer return, replacement, or alternate product
depending on product condition, availability, warranty status, and company approval.

Product return or replacement will not be applicable if the product is damaged due to misuse,
physical damage, burning, water damage, wrong handling, unauthorized repair, missing parts,
broken seal, or any issue not caused by Solution Infotech.

AMC, maintenance, CCTV installation, networking work, cloud support, server support,
troubleshooting, technical visits, and manpower-based services are non-refundable once
scheduled, initiated, or delivered. If any service issue occurs, Solution Infotech may provide
correction, revisit, service adjustment, or alternate solution as applicable.

If a client cancels a project, service, subscription, product order, or confirmed work order
after payment, the paid amount will not be refunded if Solution Infotech has already started
work, arranged resources, purchased products, scheduled manpower, or incurred third-party costs.

No refund will be provided if the project or service is delayed due to incomplete information,
delayed approval, pending content, unavailable login credentials, third-party dependency,
client-side technical issues, or lack of communication from the client.

Refund requests may be considered in cases of duplicate payment, accidental excess payment,
failed transaction where the amount has been debited but the service/product has not been
confirmed, or where Solution Infotech is unable to provide the paid service/product and no
suitable alternate is available.

Any refund request must be supported with valid payment proof, order details, service details,
and reason for the request. Solution Infotech may verify the request before approving or
rejecting it.

If any refund is approved by Solution Infotech, it may take 7 to 15 working days to process
after verification. Payment gateway charges, bank charges, processing fees, and third-party
deductions may not be refundable.

Solution Infotech reserves the right to approve, reject, replace, adjust, or resolve any claim
based on the nature of the product/service, project status, product availability, payment type,
client communication, and work already completed.
Acceptance of This Policy
By making any payment to Solution Infotech, the client confirms that they have read,
understood, and accepted this Refund Policy. The client also understands that refund is not
the first option and that Solution Infotech may provide return, replacement, correction,
re-service, service adjustment, or an alternate product/service wherever applicable.
