Return Policy
Introduction
Welcome to Solution Infotech. This Return Policy explains our return, replacement,
service correction, service adjustment, and alternate product/service terms for all products
and services offered by Solution Infotech, including IT products, computer accessories,
CCTV products, networking products, website development, application development, software
solutions, DTH LMS encryption, digital marketing, designing, cloud solutions, surveillance,
service maintenance, and other IT-related services.
Solution Infotech provides both product-based and service-based solutions. Our products and
services may involve consultation, product arrangement, technical inspection, installation,
software setup, third-party coordination, manpower allocation, development work, design work,
maintenance, and support activities. Therefore, all return or replacement requests are reviewed
based on the nature of the product/service, product condition, service status, warranty terms,
and company approval.
Return / Replacement / Alternate Solution First Policy
If any issue arises with a product or service, Solution Infotech will first try to resolve the
matter through return, replacement, correction, re-service, service adjustment, or an alternate
product/service wherever applicable.
Refund will be considered only when Solution Infotech is unable to provide the committed product
or service, and no suitable return, replacement, service adjustment, or alternate product/service
is available.
Our Return Policy Terms Are As Follows:

Return or replacement may be applicable for physical products such as computer accessories,
CCTV products, networking products, hardware items, and other IT-related products supplied
by Solution Infotech, subject to product condition, availability, warranty terms, and company approval.

Return or replacement requests must be raised with valid order details, payment proof,
product details, and the reason for return or replacement.

Products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging,
accessories, manuals, cables, invoice, warranty card, and all supplied items, wherever applicable.

Return or replacement will not be accepted if the product is physically damaged, burnt,
broken, water-damaged, mishandled, tampered with, repaired by an unauthorized person,
missing parts, missing packaging, or damaged due to customer misuse.

If a product is found defective after verification, Solution Infotech may provide replacement,
repair support, vendor warranty support, or an alternate product depending on product availability
and warranty conditions.

If the same product is not available, Solution Infotech may offer a similar product, alternate
product, service adjustment, or other suitable resolution after discussion with the customer.

For CCTV products, networking products, hardware products, and installation-related items,
return or replacement will depend on product condition, installation status, warranty terms,
and whether the issue is due to product defect, installation condition, site condition, power issue,
misuse, or external damage.

Installed products may not be eligible for direct return unless a genuine defect is verified
and return/replacement is approved by Solution Infotech or the respective vendor/manufacturer.

Products purchased from third-party vendors, manufacturers, distributors, or external suppliers
will be subject to the return, replacement, and warranty policy of the respective vendor or manufacturer.

Domain names, hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, paid plugins, API credits, cloud services,
digital subscriptions, advertisement budgets, and other third-party purchases are not returnable
once purchased, activated, booked, or allocated.

For website development, app development, software development, DTH LMS encryption, digital marketing,
SEO, designing, cloud services, technical support, and other service-based work, physical return is not
applicable. In case of any service issue, Solution Infotech may provide correction, revision, rework,
revisit, service adjustment, or alternate service as per the agreed scope.

AMC, maintenance, CCTV installation, networking work, cloud support, server support, troubleshooting,
technical visits, and manpower-based services are not returnable once scheduled, initiated, or delivered.
If any issue occurs, Solution Infotech may provide correction, revisit, service adjustment, or alternate
solution wherever applicable.

Return or replacement will not be applicable if the customer ordered the wrong product, provided
incorrect requirements, changed the requirement after delivery, delayed approval, failed to provide
required site access, or caused delay due to incomplete information.

Solution Infotech reserves the right to inspect, verify, approve, reject, replace, repair, adjust,
or provide an alternate resolution for any return request based on the product/service condition,
usage status, warranty terms, vendor policy, and company assessment.

If return or replacement is approved, the customer may be required to return the product to the
company office or hand it over to the assigned representative as instructed by Solution Infotech.

Any shipping, courier, transportation, handling, installation, uninstallation, or site visit charges
related to return/replacement may be charged separately unless specifically approved by Solution Infotech.

Refund will be considered only if Solution Infotech is unable to provide the paid product or service,
and no suitable return, replacement, repair, correction, service adjustment, or alternate product/service
is available.
Non-Returnable Items / Services
- Activated software licenses, subscriptions, plugins, APIs, or cloud services.
- Domain names, hosting, SSL certificates, and third-party digital purchases.
- Customized software, website, app, LMS, encryption, or development work already started.
- Digital marketing, SEO, design, content, campaign, or consultation work already initiated.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, physical damage, water damage, burning, or tampering.
- Installed products where the issue is caused by site condition, power issue, external damage, or customer-side handling.
- Completed technical visits, inspections, manpower-based services, maintenance work, or installation work.
Return Request Process
To request a return, replacement, or service adjustment, the customer must contact Solution Infotech
with order details, invoice/payment proof, product/service details, issue description, and supporting
images or documents where applicable. After receiving the request, Solution Infotech will verify the
matter and provide an appropriate resolution as per this policy.
Acceptance of This Policy
By purchasing any product or service from Solution Infotech, the customer confirms that they have read,
understood, and accepted this Return Policy. The customer also understands that return, replacement,
correction, re-service, service adjustment, or alternate product/service will be considered first, and
refund will be considered only when Solution Infotech is unable to provide the product/service and no
suitable alternate is available.
