If any issue arises with a product or service, Solution Infotech will first try to resolve the matter through return, replacement, correction, re-service, service adjustment, or an alternate product/service wherever applicable.

Refund will be considered only when Solution Infotech is unable to provide the committed product or service, and no suitable return, replacement, service adjustment, or alternate product/service is available.
